Family and Community Services is offering their second annual “Professional Immersion” – this stemmed from professionals’ increasing interest in registering for our annual family summer immersion week, but not being eligible. They offered a separate albeit shorter (2-day) opportunity for professionals last year, with great reception and feedback.  The immersion includes ASL workshops and presentations on special topics.

The theme this year is “Playing with Language – Using Critical Thinking in Your Work”.  Priority goes to professionals working with school-aged children but they can waitlist professionals working with the early years and confirm in mid-June.
